Well folks, it's that time of year again.
Sega is trying to take away your first amendment rights to make fun of their furry little characters.

Now I'm still a Sonic fan, but this is just f**kin' ridiculous. How in the hell can consumers get the wrong idea about Sonic from THESE sites?! They're parodies! They're not meant to be taken seriously! And how about those Newgrounds cartoons? And sprite comics? Frankly, I'm surprised that they didn't get pissed over that site of Yuji Naka killing Sonic. This is too f**ked up for words, not to mention the fact that the age range Sega's referring to can't even watch those type of sites anyway.

one thing that ytmnd is doing, is actually, making sonic way more popular. being a sonic fan myself, i have seen the drop in popularity sonic has had in the games, since they have been doing alot of sucking lately. The sonic ytmnds, make sonic more well known, and this "lawsuit" is unnecessary. Its the internet. Sega should just get with the program. We arent seeing any letters from nintendo, are we? and why? because the Mario games arent the big flops that the sonic games have been lately....

I'm curious why max posts stuff about the lawsuits anyway. It can't ever help negotiations to have 3000 13 year olds emailing a legal team "SEGA SUX MONKEYBALLS LOL!!!111one also, c*cks!" I just chatted with your friend PCF, well, I am guessing he is your friend, you guys share similar sites. Yours are just as bad as his thought, I have to vote accordingly because of the violent actions taken in your sites. My kids watch these, and I don't like showing them this...Tell PCF to smarten up with the violence, do it for out saviour.
