not much in the way of news. this will be the last post, feel free to post your final comments/memories.
On a side note my finger has fully healed, but i seem to have at least semi-permanent nerve damage which makes coding nearly impossible for the time being.
I've touched up my resume and am now actively looking for a job in the NYC area, so if you know anyone that is hiring, feel free to shoot me a message.

Max, I don't want anyone saving my sites with your special tool, so I'll be deleting all my sites tonight. Thanks for putting up with my dumb jokes for the past 3 years. I was positive I could have talked you into putting http://gayplaza.ytmnd.com/ into the Hall of Fame if I had some more time....C'est la vie. As for the rest of my pals here, I guess I'll see the rest of you guys onYouTube in the future.
This may be the first piece of evidence to convince me that this is an April Fools joke. Everyone knows that the site deletion system works on a queue, and that you cannot delete all sites in one night. Furthermore, it would be impossible for you to delete them all before YTMND is supposed to shutdown. >_>
max. everything in my life should be great. i mean i just got a new car, my are were really improving, i lost weight and got rid of my acne. but none of that means anything without ytmnd. it was my home away from home. max you have single handedly ruined my life. i really wish you will reconsider this. if you dont, i wish you the best as well.
Somehow I doubt YTMND is costing as much money as it's generating. Even if Max spent very little time on it, I doubt he has the artistic integrity to shut it down just because it's lost its zest. I mean, if he cared THAT much, we wouldn't have seen YFLY or the condemnation of NSFW sites. It's a money-making venture, and suckers like me will continue to sponsor enough sh*tty MurdarMachene sites to fuel Max's jaguar.

Hey you guys, I love ya on the internet and all but do you really think the lot of us would have much in common in real life? Considering the age range here, it'd be pretty awkward to see all of us in the same room. I mean, isn't that the best part of places like this? We can act like tards while simultaneously taking ourselves too seriously. We can make fart jokes and history nerd jokes and engineering, calculus, art, pop culture, boob and dick jokes and none of it rubs off on us in real life!

I haven't been very active on YTMND. In fact, in the three years I've been on this site, I've only created a handful of YTMNDs. But that doesn't mean I won't miss this place. Between the papers, the binge drinking, and the toils of everyday living, I visited YTMND as a way of venting. At first it started out as a replacement for what should have been therapy, but as time progressed, this escape turned into a love of YTMND and its community (no homo).
