Rugby is alot like like football, but you see rugby players don't wear pads, the only thing I have seen people play in the a scrum cap, which is pretty much just a cloth cap on your head and a mouth guard, and there is NO STOPPING! And you have to take that ball and CARRY it all the way down the field, dodging and running through the opposing team! None of that passing sh*t.

What the f*ck? What do you call that thing when you pass down the line? Look, I play rugby and football. The level of difficulty is incredibly different between the two sports. Rugby tires you out more, much like soccer, but there is a HELL of a lot more pain in American football. The reason is simple- In Rugby, there's little or no stoppage with the ball in play, so when a guy comes at you and hits you, it may be hard but it's not as damaging as one would think. In American football, you sprint at 100%

on every play, so you get hit at 100%. It's stop and go, stop and go, whereas in rugby it's constantly in play. After an american football game, I feel beat the hell up, even with pads. After a rugby game, I feel kinda sore, but more from being tired the day before. You need a lot more conditioning to play rugby, and you need a lot more quick-twitch reaction and strength to play football.
