as for the animation, I wanted to have the YA RLY owl on the passport photo flicking on and off. I try it in IR but for some reason the image sticks to both frames, if I delete it in one frame it deletes it on the other as well.

cool, the only thing is that the original image has a photo of the actual character there, I'm trying to get the ya rly pic to flicker on top of it. I'll use this, though...

You just need to turn layers on and off in IR, not delete frames. Have the owl turned on in the first frame and off in the next.
