IT'S TRUE! But for me it's usually around 1:30 or 1:45. That's a good time, because if it's good it gets in the Up and Coming. Then the list resets, and you're guaranteed a spot.

The one thing I've noticed,... and I've experimented with post times too... is that the voters at 1:30 are extra harsh. They blind vote 1s on the "last5 created", and the up & coming, staying on the front page long enough to secure top15 is tough
