As a former resident of Cleveland, I can definitely vouch for that. Anyone from Cle. remember the Tremont house party incident in late 2002 - early 2003, where they responded to a noise complaint about a party by pretty much destroying most of the stuff in the house, beating up some women who were there, threatening to have some of the men raped in the ass, cuffing and sometimes kicking anybody who questioned their rampage, and generally behaving worse than street thugs? Pigs is right.
