My friend said that the quote is from the Simpsons... which makes sense now. Homer sings the song in one of the episodes, and in the episode with the Radioactive Man Movie, McBane gets nuclear waste poured on him saying "My eyes! The Goggles do nothing!" That's where the quote is from. I need a life.
