Wow. this site just saved my computer. I got a horrible virus that was gonna shut me down, but I remembered this site and pulled the epic XP maneuver, giving me enough to time to go into the registry and delete it (it would normally permanately shut me down so I had no opportunity to do that).
5 for saving me from buying a new computer!
I can vouche for this. I had to format my computer and re install xp. I hadnt even made it 30 min of using it after install was complete. i was windows updating to get SP2 cause I only had 1. I was browsing random sites and didnt download squat then BOOM shutdown window came up. Then hmmm'ed the epic song out loud and quickly changed the date. gg it worked. didnt even get a chance to get SP2 LAME. Gotta format again
