Well, y'know, AC is probably based on 3 things: skin toughness, dodging ability, and blocking ability. Babies are soft (and filled with soft spots). Babies probably can't dodge. And babies can't so much as control their muscles accurately most of the time, AKA no blocking either.
Hence, the baby's AC would seem likely to be less than 10, and is probably closer to... 1 or 0.
