A YTMND for your dogs.
Thanks to my friend Mallory for the idea. Ok, so you can hear it only because Audacity is evil and won't make a tone over 20000 Hz

The reason you may be able to hear it is because Audacity (what I used to make this) won't make a tone over 20000 Hz (the human limit of hearing). I wanted to make it 22000 but it's evil...

If anyone knows a program that WILL make a tone at 22000 Hz I'd really appreciate it.

Good idea, but the frequency response on most peoples computer speakers is not high enough to play a 20000 Hz sound wave. That’s why Audacity wont make anything higher.

Jeez, are your speakers on maximum? If they are you'll get a nasty buzzing noise, but if they're at a human volume you shouldn't hear anything more than a faint tone, if not anything.
