This thing wasn't made in flash- it was made in imageready. Also, the sound is me blowing into the mic :D Thirdly, it didn't that long to make- in short, saving an animation as a gif, re-opening it and dragging the gif frames back into the original .PSD animation is a good way to make animations with lots of repeating elements without spending years making it.
