If by smooth you mean the animation, that is sheerly due to my being too lazy to edit the entire thing so I did like half of it and it is looping at the wrong place

What program are you using? All you need is to anti-alias those edges a little.

I have PsP and photoshop. How do I anti-alias? I'm still pretty noob as far as most of the features of the two programs

I don't use Photoshop, but I know it has an anti-aliasing function, look for it.
