Their names are writ in water, our names are writ in dust, their culture writ in air itself, our technology turned to rust. Memory itself forgotten, mankind long been surpassed, our crops are old and rotten, our lives lie in the past. Through all this time I wonder why, my race, my fellow humans, my brothers, my sisters, my family, my friends, my allies, why do we arm ourselves for battle? I ask you; Why go to war?

Cause in all that, exists your tiny religion. And it's insignificance. To think that we're the only ones in existance is plain idiodic, and to think that your religion happens to be the only true one of all the other religions possible to exist is arrogant. Your critical thinking abilities are nil. Good day.

Why is a greater being needed? Why is it easier to beleive a greater being came into existence, or always existed, by chance?

Whether it is the universe, or a supreme being, chance comes into play. There's either the chance that the universe came into existance on it's own, or the chance that a god came into existance/always existed.

So, you want to believe in a god to find an answer?

See, here's the problem. If you had paid attention, you'd recognize two things: every religion that rises and falls on this earth tends to have an "earth-centric" approach. God constructed the heaves and the EARTH, and all that jazz. What was outlined here is the fact that earth is barely more than a pale blue dot on the western arm of an insignificant spiral galaxy in the backwaters of the universe. It is just as likely that the universe was sneezed into existance as it was willfully created.

That people would dare say that this life could not come into existance by chance are blind to the fact that god itself existing is chance as well. This universe is run on chance. Truly, the only ignorance lies those who have no knowledge of their own ignorance.

just because theres no explaination doesn't prove gods existence. and why do you feel you have to prove it anyways. If you truly believe in God, stop trying to convince others. People only try to convince people when they need to convince themselves.

Im not trying to convert you. This is simply my response to all of the anti-religion YTMNDs out there. If you do'nt believe in God then don't try to convince others.

If you beleive in god don't try to convince others. The religious men started this, peterguy and whetstone, the athiest stuff was the response.

◄It's interesting, but largely plagiarizes the other site. Rather than duplicating a lot of the text from the other site, I recommend starting from scratch to get your point across :) ►

Whetstone... Why are you continueing this war. It saddens me every time I see an athiest YTMND, a religious YTMND, or the anti thereof. Yet you continue. Both sides must stop, soon.

Do yourself a favour and stop preaching. We don't want to know.

Jumping to a conclusion. If you are to pursue the causality argument you have face being unable to explain the birth of God, a systemic flaw in religious explanation.

Amen dude! It really kind of ticks me off when an atheist tries to preach their beliefs (or lack thereof), and I'm glad there are Christians out there that are willing to spread the message amidst all the athiests. I'd go into full debate with them but I am horrible at defending myself so I have no choice but to sit silently on the sidelines and watch...

Answer me this: if it's logical to assume that some God magaged to pop out of no-where and create everything, why is it NOT logical to assume that it all happened by chance?

I disagree with what you say. Your presentation was cut-and-pasted together to try to prove somehting true because of a whole bunch of nothingness. You lose. Good night sir.

amen brother, there's no way all this sh*t was created all by "chance", its f*cking a step away from impossible, There Is A God, if our planet was just a little bit further or nearer to the sun, it wouldn't be able to harbor life, and people are saying that its all by f*cking chance?? due to billions of years of chance? wtf ever, they are blind to whats going on around them.

No, it doesn't prove god, it proves Russell's teapot.

When it was theorized that the earth was round, everybody else said, "Look at all this flat ground! How could the earth possibly be flat?" You're basing your worldview off of incorrect assumptions.
