Um, yeah, but the NK detonation was small because it was a test (our test detonations are much smaller than our capabilities)-- don't mean they can't actually make a bigger bomb!!

It's accurate, Underground or not the blast radius is constant because Air does not affect the explosion. All diameters can be accurately estimated because so much of it is based on yield rather than environment. These are all even calculated at optimum blast height. So in reality NK underground test is much smaller than what I show.
