Qnslaught is one of my favorite downvoters, because he does upvote some sites. He just doesn't leave a comment on the ones he upvotes, to make him seem like a downvoting badass, even thought he's a pussy who is too afraid to admit that he does like some YTMNDs. Don't believe me? Go to his recent votes page. Every now and then, you will see 5s and 4s.
