haha, $5 a gram?? it's 10 on the street. i need the government to hook me up. possession of 15 grams or less is only like a $100 fine in ontario.

Also no, possession of small amounts in Ontario is a misdemeanor- no fines are generally ever imposed. If cops fined every person they saw with a dime or a joint, there'd be too much paperwork

According to schedule VII of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, possession of under 1g of cannabis resin or 30g of cannabis is classified as a summary offense and punishable with up to 6 months in jail and $1000. Learn your facts. However, you're quite right in that most cops will not bother with the paperwork. They'll usually just confiscate it.

As I understood it, the Flin Flon pot isn't as potent as the kind of stuff you'd buy in BC.

nm, just did some more checking. Their first crops were deemed unacceptable but they're supposedly better now. Still need to be sick, though :(
