The character who is talking is the Uruk-hai on the right, Shagrat. Some people think that Uruk-hai refers to Saruman's orcs while Mordor's orcs are just Uruks, but the name "Uruk-hai" has been referenced to both groups. I looked into all this technical stuff and it does cause confusion, but seriously, big deal.
