To blame this on something as ridiculous as metabolism is to completely miss the point. Even if her metabolism was completely shot, she'd only have 'some' fat deposits if her eating was kept in check. Which is obviously isn't. -- And even *IF* her metabolism was that bad, that'd be ALL THE MORE reason to feed her properly. Children like this exist in Over-developed countries and hardly anywhere else for a reason: Too much Selfish, gluttonous EATING. Period.
