a tip though...why not use one of the following instead of the music you have:
1. that Pirates of the Carrabien theme (sry cant spell it :( )
2. A remix from newgrounds
3. That Sonic boss remix from OCREMIX
any of those would sound WORLDS better than what you have now. just some constructive critism from a friend :)

From what I am hearing, max is giving the old "You are entitled to protecting your own copyright work" But he is adding the "F*ck off" part to it. Starting with Scientology (Not Ebaums, that was us from them, not other sform us), we just steal and piss them off even more. Taking no actions, except deleting the sites, max is innocent. But max is too immature just to delete a couple of f*cking sites. He will get taken down soon. But the problem is when?
This guy handled things in the worst way possible. Oh well. He sent the link to a webmaster, who forwarded it to legal, where all the lawyers probably looked at it and said "WTF?" but sent a C&D anyway, with no intention of actually taking action against YTMND. I thought this was a standard trademark anti-dilution maneuver (i.e., "it's just business"), but it's not even that!
