Nope. Never posted it on youtube or anywhere else. I'm well aware it's on youtube (several times actually, if you do enough digging you can actually see me comment a couple times on one of the posting) but that doesn't bug me - it's just some kid who found it on myspace and uploaded it to youtube since they liked it. What bothers me is commercial video-whoring sites like Collegeslackers using my video (fugly.com has it too actually) and surrounding it by ads for profit
I see what you're getting at - but if you run a professional site that hosts videos for profit, you've got a responsibility to at least see where those videos came from, and in this case it's not hard to track it back to YTMND and me, which is why I say "stolen from YTMND". I don't want legal threats, or raids, or any of that juvenile stuff - that makes me just as bad as them. I just wanted to say, "hey, collegeslackers.com: You stole my stuff. F*ck you."
"if you run a professional site that hosts videos for profit, you've got a responsibility to at least see where those videos came from" I think, actually, that's a lot to ask of a site. I'm not defending them (I actually hate sites like that) but I'm just curious how you think they'd find you when the video is both all over the internet and not watermarked. How were they supposed to tell between your "official" ytmnd post and the many, many YouTube, Myspace, etc posts.
Also, imagine if max had to track down everything that got posted here. At some point, this stuff is just anonymous virtual clutter. The problem I have with a site like that is that they make money off of crap you can find in a forum signature. Like those sites that advertise "viral video" on Myspace. Ugh.
Dude, I know this sucks but you can't let that punk *ss f*ggots bouquet piss you off. Sure, those worthless pieces of sh*t will make some money for a year or maybe two, but when people get tired of visiting their dumb f*cking site and they need to take it down and realise they're a waste of carbon and they can't do anything else that's constructive, the two dollars they made off your sh*tty little flash won't nearly compensate. You just need to do your thing and not let some dumb f*cks make you cry.
