oh of course, BloodArgon. What the black community is up to now has nothing to do with them being black, but their culture. I don't think anyone does anything because of their race, but their race does influence who they become as people. Like how most single murders are by black people because most of the poorer people in America are black, and most crazy *ss serial killers are white because of other influences, like how someone grows up or how they're raised.
