I went to wal mart and asked for the buy one get one parliament lights. She shakes her head no. I'm like, what do you mean no? She sputtered something not english at me. I walked behind the counter, picked them up and handed them to her. Smiling, I paid the now sheepish clerk. In fact, I've been to this new Wal-Mart and EACH time I've asked for teh B.O.G.O. smokes they've had a hard time comprehending.
