Well, I'm not that young anymore... but this thing went through a bit of a resurgence at my office... Although it doesn't involve arm punches anymore. You walk up to someone with a file and say 'hey can you check this' they look down and they're looking at it. It's enough to know that they looked and stupidly hilarious even without the punch.
Ahh, okay. 4'd (also, I'm on 1024x768 resolution, so the image doesn't show up in the main page for me). This is much better than Buffalo, which means that any participants who find another participant drinking with their coordinated hand call "Buffalo!" and make them chug the whole thing. It just leads to liver failure- the game lasts for life and the only way out is to let someone punch you in the stomach.
Although I should add, there are some more rules than BuriedSpark explains... there are ways to reverse it... if you see someone doing it out of the corner of your eye you can try and put your finger through it and YOU get the free hit on them. Just as Turtleproof did to me with the comment 'finger stroke'
