i'm 5ing this cuz of no preloader and the way benny's absurd, agonized face slowly crawled thru the frames one by one while loading. Also, if u can get ur hands on Adobe Audition (and the fact that you're on the internet means you CAN) there's an option in that program to save mp3's with no "padding." The duration won't get screwed with that way, tho the sync is not guaranteed perfect regardless. that's just a problem with gifs not always playing consistently at their defined framerate.
