Glad this was serious. I liked him for his no holds barred interviews of the people who wanted to be in charge of this nation. Hard to find people like that anymore.

Their intro sounds like something youd see in an old Football, or western movie

People die EVERY DAY. Just because someone who was somewhat well known dies doesn't mean we should be sad or pay respect. If I died today from the exact same circumstances you wouldn't be sad or make a YTMND about me.

It's crazy to think that at the age of 58 you can die so suddenly. When I am 58, I'm going to be rich, getting laid every night by women much younger than me, and drunk-- It's what Tim Russert would have wanted.

I liked watching Brokaw earlier talking about their "working-class" backgrounds, as if that means they're in touch. They all left their working-class roots behind decades ago. That aside, RIP buddy!

"If you look at these numbers--look at that--these are people who are angry with George W. Bush, and you combine angry with dissatisfied and it reaches 80 and 90 percent. Then I looked at Ohio, and 24% of the voters in Ohio, Lester, were independent voters--crossovers, they're not Democrats, they're independents--and 78% of THEM said they were angry and disappointed. As goes Ohio, I believe, as goes the nation and the presidency. In 2000, I said Florida Florida Florida; I think 2004 is Ohio, Ohio, Ohio."

Yep. Did an interview with a couple of writers for the Sunday show, and shortly afterwards...keeled over dead from a heart attack. Live like you'll die tomorrow. That's a secret to greatness.

I didn't even know who this guy was until he croaked. Sorry that he's dead and all but um... we can move on I think...
