Actually, not like my face. It's more like the perpetuated collectivism that was created before I, the creator, saw a work of art that is not fit the 5's it has received. Praising this work lowers all standards, thus stifling the individualist to create when trite such as this is exalted despite the fact that it has no quality value. If I upvote this site, I am doing a horrible service to all of YTMND, commending that which is a testament to how little YTMND users should actually expect from themselves.

It's not pretentious "wankery". It makes sense to say that if I upvote completely mediocre sites then the general standard of what is good will collectively lower on YTMND.

No, those site were simply a re-creation of reality according to my metaphysical value-judgments. Those YTMNDs do not require a explanatory preface; they were self-contained universes, aloof from commentary, beckoning the user to enter, perceive, and respond. I can't be held accountable that you and/or other people like you voted 1 for my sites because they deviated from your/others aesthetics. I'm not looking for praise for my sites. If I did that, I would actually put effort into making YTMND's, or I....

would stop making them all together because I don't have the skill or desire to make sites that can appease a large cluster of individuals that would outnumber the people who disagree with what I produce and decide to downvote it. I couldn't care less either way. I serve no one but myself, excluding YTMND, and regardless of what my expressions do to the site, it doesn't affect me in the least.
