Kid Chameleon addresses Congress. The sound splicing of Kid Chameleon's tank transformation sound effect and the congress fad sound weren't very good, sorry. But it's the best I could do with the resources I had.

Well, yeah. When I get so many 1's on my sites, I like to know who they're coming from. And don't think I was just revenge downvoting you. I did maybe vote on some of your sites that I expected I'd dislike from the titles. But the 1's I gave you were honestly because I didn't find your sites funny. I assume that's why you're giving me this 1, right? You wouldn't be hypocritically revenge downvoting me?
With all the voting i do from time to time some1 will pull the spy on me...nothing new. I dont know/care who you are, just happened to click THIS site on the front page that day....it didnt interest me...i 1'd it....and moved on to the next....but you felt you had the need to leave me a beautiful speech on MY site...thx....i dont care....my sites are OLD...ive heard it all. Vote 1 all you want...i could care less..and i ALWAYS "revenge downvote" users who take their ratings 2 serious & leave me speeches :-)
