I tested comments on a random YTMND to see where YTMND time was when the clock on my computer changed. I figured out that once my clock strikes 12:00, there would be a 12 second delay before hitting submit. So, to make sure I was exactly at 12:00:12 on my clock, I had it pulled up on the bottom right corner of my computer so I could see the seconds changing, rather than guessing like I did last year (I was 4 seconds in). Then, I clicked Submit and it showed up at 00:00:00
