I remember reading about this in a news article. The Viet Cong were holding a large cache of uncooked chicken, so the company infiltrated the area with packets of 11 secret herbs and spices, and then called in a napalm strike. Subsequently, the chicken became cooked, the spices were applied, and what you see in this clip is the post-mission celebration.
