The point about the excessive use of "handsome" is well put. Not many males would use that word to describe someone. Looks like she could learn how to see things from other perspectives.

It's not told from Harry's point of view, it's in the 3rd person, so it's actually JK Rowling's, the omniscient narrator's, point of view. So the only thing we've learned is that JK Rowling likes dudes.
