Because it's totally legal to sell a poster for 660 dollars when it actually says it's a poster. People are just to dumb to read it all, too worried about getting the highest bid.

I doubt hell get away with it. Thats a con job if i ever saw one. Id definitely be thinking about taking legal action against the seller if i was the victim of this crime.

There isn't much that anyone can do about it since the auction says that it's for the picture only. It's the buyer's fault for not reading everything before he bid.

Very bad choice of music, the PSP one was way better. Also, in these cases people chose to simply not pay for it, so it really doesnt matter. They arent punished for not paying.
