The clear answer would be to disallow them to use any material off of ABS' site. They say the show is 'completely different' (from being devoid of originality I guess he's trying to say). So why are they begging for ABS content?

I say, no matter how much money you are offered, do not let these people use content for ANY reason, and their show will surely fall. Why? Because they won't have any material!
