As a big Simpsons fan, a bigger Final Fantasy fan, a huge FF6 fan, and a monumentally gigantic "Dancing Mad" fan... ...I'm really quite disappointed. I'm not sure what I expected, but I just don't like this much.

For all its bizarreness and randomness, it just doesn't seem all that amusing. Maybe it's because Homer's voice is barely recognizable.
