I'm not a fan of profanity, or of WoW...but I'm 5'ing because this practically made me laugh until had tears. The accent/bizarre terms/attitude/profanity...great combination. XD Oh, and because this will probably be downvoted into oblivion.

For those of you that don't play WoW, here's a short play-by-play. The picture and the encounter in question is Onyxia - a 40-man raid.

In Onyxia, there are 3 phases. In phases 1 and 3 she is on the ground. In phase 2, she is in their air. Encounters in WoW work in a way that the "main tank" must grab and hold the attention of the mob. If damage-dealing classes do too much damage, they ga

nothing against wow players or the game itself but I hate WoW ytmnds. They are just not creative. (just my opinion)

they gain "aggro". In other words, the mob goes after them instead of the tank. Tanks are pretty much required to make healing easier.

In this particular encounter, aggro is bothersome. Tanks have a more difficult time holding the attention of the mob - so damage-dealing classes must hold back. This is what he means by "f*cking slow DPS".

The "hard and fast" comes from stage 2 when Onyxia is in the air. In this stage, Onyxia's attention is completely random and she is untankable. You need to keep up high DPS (damage per second) on her in order to bring her down quickly.

One tricky part about Onyxia is the "whelps" which is of course, the main problem here. Onyxia is a giant pregnant mommy who has lots of eggs in her chamber. She has various abilities which can knock players around - and can be disasterous if players are

if players are knocked into the eggs - popping them open to make baby dragons. This mechanic works alot like the eggs in Blackrock Spire, the setting of the famous Leeroy video.

"DKP" stands for Dragon Kill Points. Essentially, DKP works like currency in guilds that do these encounters to "purchase" items and such. Deducting DKP would basically work like a cop giving you a traffic fine.
