actually tumult, konstein is right. you didn't have to change the octave on the second half of that measure since it's the same as the first. but props for using the 2A03 and not fruityloops or something.

actually my nuts, if you want to keep the lead interesting you have to change it up. you only get 3 timbres to choose from, and if you want to do a more percussive sound with an octave sound on the first frame of the note, you need to transpose
