You could put a little tiny clockface on the top right side.... just 6 frames to count down the first minute.... three more for the next 30 seconds, and then a few more for the last page.... That way people will know it's a gif & not a still frame... and since most of the page stays the same, the file size wont increase much at all with the added small animation....
