Description: I can't believe this hasn't been done before. Anyway, the music is "Heute Ist Mein Tag" in Wolfenstein 3D IMF music format. And there IS a secret! I pushed the wall back to enter a secret room. The game didn't have a "secret is revealed" message like DOOM

Because it's not really a secret. The last boss is hitler for crying out loud. The whole game ahs Nazi's in it. Too easy.

Where's the secrecy?

The screenshot is of an in-game secret. Note the wording of the title. And the last boss is General Fettgesicht.

You will need to explain this much better if you don't want to get downvoted by kids.

Classic gaming > YTMND fad... or... something like that...

How about making an animated gif towards the secret you're talking about...

You, sir, are clearly a tuba player. (Music is teh suck, though; tempo fluctuates like sh*t on my comp.)

Sometimes concepts are just so smallminded and devoid of value that people are just going to look at them and think "whoever made this has a low iq"

Did you, by chance, render the audio while running Wolfenstein through VDMSound? It would explain the weird tempo changes. Try it through DOSBox to see if that helps.
