downvoters don't usually come back to reevaluate a ytmnd. The people who give it a 4 or a 3 might come back if they requested a change. I respect your opinion Sitsu, but I think resubmission is ok to whipe out the downvoting or votes from people who wouldn't bother to come back, and I think I made enough changes to warrant a resubmission. There's no rules written in stone. I guess everybody has different opinions.
