spikelee - yeah, it definitely doesn't look good, but what apparently happened is that he accepted payment for it, immediately changed his mind and tried to return it, and then eBaum stopped returning his calls, etc., so that they could consider the matter closed and claim (correctly, unfortunately) that they own rights to the animation. That's how I understand it, at least. He said he was ashamed. I just feel bad for him, it's eBaum doing all the shady stuff here.
