Look, I'm not saying you're going to hell, but the point is you put no creative effort or thought into this at all. You changed the music, but the funny part of Smoothmedia's site was the graphic. I mean, if you take a still shot and add different sound, that's cool, because the sound is literally 50% of it. No so here. You exchanged one street fighter music for another. WE KNOW it's street fighter, and the only reason we know that is Smoothmedia.

Folks, Espie doesn't even cite Smoothmedia in his image origin portion. What the hell.

The point is, it's the same concept and everything. It's not original. Take O'RLY for example. It's a f*cking owl. It gets ripped off all the time. But "Bill O'Rly" with a sound clip of Bill bloviating like an ass, is very different from say, "O'Rly Stares into your sole" with the classic Moonlight Sonata music. Those are different concepts. This graphic lends itself to only one thing: Streetfighter. And when Espie makes another Zidane Streetfighter, it's the same damn site, regardles of music.

Now MAYBE if he mixed up the gif frames on his computer and caused Materazzi to fight back, this would be acceptable. Sure, it's Smooth's graphics, but it's used for a different purpose, and that is to make a sequel or additional scenario.
