I am pretty sure that ebaumsworld would run out of lawyer mana before Scientology was tapped out... But an interesting idea. At the very least it would make people whose practices are abhorent to me very uncomfortable.

Also, you would have to make it seem as though eBaumsworld somehow approved of the submissions, which they have done a very good job of showing that they don't have to admit. Furthermore, the people are right, if Scientology showed even an inkling of an intention to throw lawyering powers at eBaums, eBaums would back out and remove the submission. They removed the Lohan submission (eventually) and we're a rabble of nobodies...

Do you know what? I think eBaums is probably more legally powerful than Scientology. So nothing would happen except for some poorly formatted e-mails. But it is a great concept.
