The original video I saw was blurry with a bad sound. But I found the same PSA on another site with better sound and picture, hence why the picture is so small and the sound is better. I didn't even see Dantheman's site until it was put on here.

This site has nothing to do with your work. You took a frame & audio from the video and he took a frame & audio from the video, and then he also added a joke to it. As for this YTMND having been done before, I'll assume the user didn't know it had already been done, and that it wasn't theft. At any rate, the original has some awful sound, making this YTMND an improvement.
