You oughta tell your forumites that Max isn't hacking so they'll stop whining about it. He's the owner of YTMND.com for Christ's sake, it's a fairly popular site. And with 140k users, it really isn't that hard for him to get that many votes.

And stung47000 is right, it is a popularity contest. If it were a real 'biggest fan' contest you most likely would win. But at least you should tell the people on your forum to stop accusing him of hacking, since he really does have the backing to legitimately get those votes.

Actually what most likely got max booted was on overzealous supporter vote hacking for him, or someone who didn't want him to win. The contest is being ran pretty sh*tty. I mean, if someone wanted to, they could vote hack for ibgerd and get him booted from the race. It's a popularity contest. Biggest fan? Most likely ibgerd. More supporters? Max.
