probably because it had a ton of glitches, I mean it WAS a launch title for dreamcast. The really unfortunate thing is that SEGA never took the time to fix the glitches in SA2 or any other 3D sonic game. They either kept the glitches or added more :P

I played a demo of Sonic Heroes for the PC. It's hard to like a 3D game when it feels like I'm on rails, but at least it looked DAMN good. Sonic 3 and Knuckles, on the other hand, is perfect in countless ways.

What's insane is that it's SO true. I actually did check out sonic heroes at a demo and it was actually pretty good. But, I think Sega realized their mistake and released Sonic Rush, which is basically one of the coolest Sonic side-scrollers they could release. They basically took the idea of Sonic and Knuckles, took some of the levels from Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles, and jacked them up big time. Unfortunately, it's for the DS.

He might not have added Sonic Rush because it was actually pretty decent, except for the tedious boss battles and retro SFX, the music is catchy and the levels are...well, a rush.

Sonic Adventure 1 = Dreamcast. This makes a game great. (Mainly because they thought that they wouldn't actually sell any of the game if it was crap. (Unlike playstation games.))

The Sonic Advance games were great, as was Sonic Rush, and both Sonic the Hedgehog (360) and Sonic Wildfire (Wii) look awesome, however, on the rest, I agree with you. *Sonic fanboy... sadly*

They don't know a game from their *sshole, really. Thus, they made Shadow and Riders.

I have to agree. SA2 wasn't bad, but everything after is exploited crap. By the time Shadow has his own game...he's definitely not the guy he originally was. Now he's all "ZOMG MOTORCYCLE GUNS BEER WOMEN DARKNESS ETC!"
