The word "Eucharist" comes from the Greek noun εὐχαριστία (transliterated, "Eucharistia"), meaning thanksgiving. Christmas has apparently come to represent santa and massive gift buying. Eucharistmas is not a word, but would likely represent a proper celebration of Christmas, with Jesus, not Santa, as the central figure.
