If you accept that God made man, then He is ultimately responsible for everything that has ever been done by man. Claiming that he's not is like saying that a manufacturer who makes a dangerous product isn't responsible for any deaths or injuries caused by it and that the people who bought it are to blame instead. Most if not all suffering stems from either: sin or nature. You cannot fault God for the sins of humans. So why should He allow natural suffering? I don't know, but perhaps we can ask Him if we meet Him. I'm not going to bitch about nature though, since it is simultaneously beautiful and painful and I think with the natural world you have to accept some risk and suffering.

You can ask the brick wall or the spaghetti monster what it thinks about the order of nature... the response will be the same. Nature is survival of the fittest and the food chain follows accordingly. Strike me the f*ck down, but there is no god, at least nothing close to the fabrication humanity has been poisoned with.
