| growing up on both Rage and Soundgarden, audioslave had a lot expected of them. instead they are the most mediocre band on the planet. Nothing special about them. First CD was barely OK, next 2 were complete garbage | ||||||

| Cornell's solo album Euphoria Morning is the greatest thing he ever did. If you haven't listened yet, go buy it now. RATM and Soundgarden both great, but the styles don't fit. Cornell is much better melodically than he is shouting...you can tell listening to them that Morello has to sort of stay a bit more conventional than he used to be to fit the music. The songs are still great, so are the lyrics, but the style's just terrible. Just because I don't like stadium jock-rock, doesn't make me a wigger. | ||||||
