| Microsoft's apparent policy is to make up excuses so they can delay updates and downloads.
Personally I've encountered probably 30 download delays by them and 1 or 2 on time. It's inexcusable for a company of their stature to be so incompetent. Luckily they almost make up for it with some positives.. | ||||||
