Fads don't die, but they do wear out. Brian Peppers has worn out. Face meltors have worn out. Epic maneuvers have worn out. I understand that people who are new to YTMND haven't been subject to thousands of unfunny Brian Peppers sites, but a lot of people have. What bothers me the most isn't that people still make those sites. It's been the sudden flood of people who will only five fad sites and downvote everything else that is original and took some effort.

While I will admit it took me two or three hours to make The Peppers Family (most of the time was spent looking for good images then converting them to B&W). All but three frames were taken from other people's sites. There isn't anything wrong with fads, but if people would spend more time on trying to be original than leeching off fads this place would improve.
