| No it wasn't: It was a simple matter of building only large residential zones with just enough fire/police/schools to keep them satisfied and putting commercial zones right next to them. Usually you'd leave large industrial zones to the side. Put in water and maybe a subway, then let sit for weeks on end. Tons of cash. |
